Uptime Reliability Solutions was established in 2016 to do one thing well: represent the asset owner's technical interest on critical centrifugal pumps, engineered mechanical seals, and seal-support systems — from failure diagnosis through verified return to service.
Why URS exists.
There is a persistent gap in industrial reliability work. Repair shops are accountable for the repair they were asked to perform. Vendors are accountable for the product they supplied. OEMs are accountable for their equipment. Consultants are often accountable for the report.
Very few parties are accountable for the machine actually working — across the handoffs, through the execution, and after startup. That is the space URS was built to occupy.
