Where equipment alarm indicators are referenced, URS provides equipment-specific operating guidance and response practices. Final DCS/SCADA programming, safety-instrumented-system design, trip and interlock logic, management-of-change approval, and site alarm governance remain with the client's designated operations, process-safety, and controls/instrumentation authorities.
